To fight unwanted email, you need to know a little more about email than "I click it and it just goes..."  First, let's define some terminology that references unwanted email.

UCE = Unsolicited Commercial Email (email with advertisements in it)

SPAM = UCE ( a more discriptive word for UCE which enables us to call people who send USE/SPAM.... SPAMMERS )

Next, you need to find the option in your email browser that displays "ALL" headers.  These headers are the only way to determine who to complain about the email.

Network administrators have a very low tolerance for SPAMMERS.
